Top Hairstyles from the 2019 SAG Awards

We are at the halfway point through award season and the SAG awards showed us some great styles as well. The 2019 Screen Actors Guild Awards was filled with loose updos, natural curls, and pulled-back hair styles that really show off individual style during this year’s award season. From Emma Stones natural curl half-pulled up style to Sandra Oh’s curly updo with bangs, these looks show us exactly where hair fashion is headed this season. Below see our picks for the top looks of the night, all from Instagram.

Laura Harrier had the best long hairstyle of the night. Effortless and on point are the best two ways to describe this young beauties hair. With the success of BLACKkKLANSMAN as well as an appearance in Spider-Man Homecoming, she is a rising star and based on her fashion sense we hope to see her again many more times!

Pulled back and sleek was HUGE at this awards ceremony. Maybe more so than any other time in recent memory. Many wore their hair pulled straight back, but there was no one who pulled it off better than Aja King. The ‘How to Get Away With Murder” star stole the show with her look.

Our next pick was over-looked by many, but not by us. Crazy Rich Asians star Constance Wu wore a very soft natural style. Although it looks like she just rolls out of bed with this beautiful hair, her Instagram tells a different story. Congratulations to her team for pulling this off.

Lady Gaga wins best short hair. This slick backed up-style was heads and shoulders above the rest. It seems like every risk she takes pays off in a big way. Although she was shut out in the ceremony for her role in “A Star is Born“, she can rest easy knowing her hair was stunning!
